In 1981 Don undertook his first turnaround and became President and a shareholder of that company; a fully integrated manufacturer of pre-engineered structures. Don's previous experience had been Engineering Sales and Sales Management. Don founded Sandon Enterprises in 1992. During the past nine years Don has served clients on assignments including: i) Crisis Management and Turnarounds; ii) Strategic Planning; iii) Private financing; iv) Mergers and Acquisitions; and v) Corporate Re-structuring. Wherever possible his approach on assignments is collaborative. He will also implement the plans he has developed with his client. Don is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). His extensive network of associates results from his broad industry experience and having worked with clients and their customers throughout North America and in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Caribbean.
